DICK'S Sporting Goods

I bought here for the first time today. They had hoka shoes which were nice and had ok stock. The shoe lady with glasses was helpful at first then towards the end seemed annoyed and dismissive. I tried on 3 pairs and made my decision all within maybe 20 minutes. Some more fake niceness from these folks. Got to counter, girl was nice, didn’t really care for the dialogue however. Random nonsense. I doubt I’ll be back tbh. Next time I think I’ll just order Hoka shoes online or elsewhere.

Obviously some nice products here, but expensive. Some staff are helpful but most really just avoid or ignore you. Would’ve spent a lot of money on golf clubs but the two people working the golf section decided chit chatting and playing with the simulator were more important than helping the customer. I’m not going to beg anyone for help, lots of other places I can go and for cheaper so that’s where I’ll be going. Maybe at some point when this store has lost enough money they’ll hire a manager who actually manages and workers who do more than hide or just ignore you.

I visited the location in Murfreesboro. I was looking for some football cleats for my son and everyone was so helpful! Unfortunately, the size that I needed wasn't there. For some reason, football cleats for boys stop at sz. 6 and the 6.5 have to be ordered online because the Phantom brand is not sold in stores. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit!

If you know exactly what you're looking for, might be a good place to shop. But I just left, needing help finding a BUNCH of stuff, couldn't find a single item. However, the 3 guys standing there, watching me struggle to find what I was looking for for a good 10 minutes, they looked like they were having a great time not helping people. First time at this Dick's, last time I'll be here. Just go to Nashville if you need help.

The store itself was very clean, organized, and easy to browse, so I’ll definitely give them credit for that. Everything was laid out nicely and it was simple to find different sections. My biggest issue is the pricing. Almost every item felt extremely overpriced for what it is. In the women’s section especially, it was frustrating to see that the smaller the garment, the more expensive it seemed to be. A lot of it feels like the same mass-produced clothing you can find elsewhere for much less. Overall, the store is nice and well kept, but the prices make it hard to justify shopping here when similar items can be found at places like Walmart for a lot less.
